Boiler installation can vary from a simple like for like combi swap, to a full central heating system with radiators and boiler in a new location.
We have structured prices for the most common installation types, so weather you are converting from an old boiler and hot water tank (conventional boiler) to a combi, or swapping a combi for combi, our prices are consistent and fair.
Common questions we get when quoting for a boiler replacement are:
1. Will my heating system be flushed as part of the job?
Answer: Yes, we will carry out a basic 'mains' flush which is usually sufficient however if we judge the system to be particularly bad, we will suggest a 'magnacleanse' or in rare cases a powerflush at an additional (reduced) cost
2. Will you install a filter?
Answer: Yes, we will always fit a filter, it is just good practice and a standard requirement for us, it also extends the warranty on most boilers.
3.How long will the job take?
Answer: Its imposible to always get it right, but we usualy estimate 1 day for a combi to combi or standard to standard boiler swap, and for slightly larger jobs like upgrading from conventional/standard to combi 2-3 days are usualy required.
4. Do you only install Worcester Bosch boilers?
Answer: For us Worcester Bosch are the best boilers pound for pound in the UK. They are made just across the border in Worcester too.
HeatGlow strives to offer our customers the best which is why we have chosen Worcester Bosch as our preferred manufacturer, we are Worcester Accredited which enables us to offer extended warranties on all of their products.
We feel that the after sales care offered by Worcester Bosch is the best. Should the worst happen and your boiler breakdown, an engineer will be sent out as soon as possible and any parts replaced without question or charge (parts and labour covered) for the duration of the warranty length.
There's a reason Worcester Bosch have been named Which? Best Buy 11 Years in a row...
